Foundations of Wellbeing & Resilience Training
For the first time, we’re opening Day One of our exclusive two-day training—normally reserved for SPARK and IWB license holders—to the public. This powerful one-day experience introduces the core foundations of all of our work at SPARK and helps participants to uncover their own SPARK!
Participants will explore:
A simple but profound understanding of how the mind works in relation to our experiences.
The invisible but integral role state of mind plays in our successes and failures, moment to moment.
How, through an understanding the mind and recognition of our SPARK, innate resilience is uncovered, deeper connections are created, impulse control is elevated, and the stress resistance needed to overcome trauma is naturally formed.
Participants will leave with:
A deeper understanding of how the mind works and impacts their day-to-day life.
Recognition that resilience is innate within both themselves and the youth they serve.
The ability to serve youth with a deeper sense of connection and teach youth the same.
Understanding of how the recognition of innate resilience directly links to increasing impulse control and stress resistance.

Whether you’re new to our programs or simply curious about the principles that shape them, this training offers an accessible entry point into the transformative work of our SPARK and Insight to Wellbeing Programs
Date: Tuesday, February 17th, 2026.
Refund policy: All purchases and registrations are non-refundable for any reason, including weather events, emergencies, or scheduling changes. If you are unable to attend, you may designate an alternate participant to attend in your place.
